Edition 8 of ScooterNova magazine is at the printers, ready to go. The last two months have flown by with rallies in England, Wales, Scotland and Spain to attend, keeping our scooters’ wheels turning almost non-stop!
With ScooterNova magazine evolving slowly over the last 12 months, to the point where edition 7 received the most praise since we launched issue 1 last April, we’re very excited about edition 8!
Aside from the aforementioned rallies reviewed, we have a number of exciting exclusive articles to tease you with once again.
First up is a chat with the three Brits who are aiming for a top speed world record on a Lambretta scooter in the near future, all with a different outlook on their various projects.
We also have a stunning liquid-cooled Vespa PX street racer to drool over, featuring plenty of trick pieces that you are able study via the quality images printed clearly onto the A4-sized pages of ScooterNova magazine.
We also have a rare Mk1 Lambretta LD125, which you don’t see many of in the UK, plus a Vespa smallframe from Italy, both built by their owners at home.
For something a little different, Andy went dirt track racing along with a number of other scooterists at the recent Dirt Diggers event at Scunthorpe Speedway circuit, and you can read all about that in edition 8, along with everything you need to know about scooter seats and covers from renowned upholsterer Corky, a selection of new products and reviews of those we’ve tested too, Sticky rides the prototype Casa Performance SST Lambretta in Albania at the Three Seas Race and gives us the lowdown on this powerful scooter, and we find out why JCB bought a load of Lambrettas.
From the stable of Disco Dez there is a stunning street sleeper Lambretta Series 1 to appreciate, while Iggy road tests a brand new Vespa PX200E. Yes, it’s true, but they’re not cheap!
Vittorio Tessera reveals how he rescued Lambretta history from the scrap-heap, and we also have a stunning, sparkling Metalflake Lambretta GP that shines so brightly in the sun you need your shades!
There’s more too, but all you need to know is that pre-orders and subscriptions are available now, via our secure online web shop.
