Found on the AutoEvolution site, a design company in Spain has redesigned the Segway electric personal transport vehicle (I don’t really know what else to call it!), using Vespa parts to improve its look no end.
The Segway is a self-balancing vehicle, which Spanish company Bel & Bel have enhanced with what looks like a few bits from a Vespa smallframe.
It can apparently carry a load of up to 180 kg, can climb 30-degree slopes and it comes with dual 1.34 hp electric motors, and a full charge is allegedly good for 30-35 km with a top speed of 20 km/h (12.4 mph).
If this is all sounding appealing then €2,899 is the price being asked for one. No, I don’t know why either…

Bel & Bel presumably like chopping up old Vespas and turning them into artistic creations, as seen by their rather cool Vespa PX chair here…

They also offer a rather strange-looking light using the headset from an old Vespa and the bottom half of a mannequin. Weird…
