Deserving quality – the new ScooterNova magazine

When we launched ScooterNova magazine back in 2017, there were several parts to our remit. One of those, as scooterists ourselves, was that as scooterists we deserved to have a quality magazine, in terms of both content and material, we could enjoy and be proud of.

We have from the outset always used premium paper to make ScooterNova magazine the quality publication we all deserve, but having recently changed our printers to a family owned company in Derbyshire (ScooterNova was previously printed in Wales, so always within the UK) allowed us to look a little further, resulting in the brand new edition 42 having a gloss UV coating added to the cover. We feel it brings even more to the images on the front and rear of ScooterNova magazine, the two on this particular one contrasting in setting and time, taken over 50 years apart.

Those of you who subscribe to ScooterNova magazine will hopefully have your copies landing any day now, with other mail order copies following soon after. We hope you enjoy the content and the improved quality we have given ScooterNova magazine.

Those of us behind ScooterNova aren’t a large publishing company trying to squeeze every last penny out of the scooter scene. For us scooters have been part of our lives for longer than they have not. We ride alongside many of you, stand at the bar with you, wobble around the dance-floor together, and are justifiably proud to be part of one of the greatest scenes that has evolved from various facets of post-war living and youth culture.

As we enter our eighth year of publication, we’d like to thank those of you who support us, advertisers, readers, distributors, retailers and sellers alike, and look forward to celebrating many more editions of ScooterNova with you in the future. We like to think the new covers adds a little sparkle somehow and who knows, there may be a few other tricks up the proverbial sleeves that enable us to continue producing a quality magazine that scooterists all over the world enjoy.
