As the year marches on and the weather improves, so the calendar fills up with more and more scooter events.
We can’t be at them all, but thanks to our friends and stockists, the new ScooterNova magazine will be available from various outlets this weekend, 11-13 May 2018.
First up is the Trojan SC 50th anniversary event in Cumbria, a scooters-only rally that we will be riding up to with as many copies of edition 7 as we can carry, along with some stickers and postcards too. Come and track us down over the weekend, easily identifiable by our red ScooterNova messenger bags.
Meanwhile down in Leicestershire the Vespa Club of Britain will be attending Phoenix Nights 13 and their stall will include not only the brand new edition 7 of ScooterNova, but a few back issues as well for anyone needing to catch up.
Kings Scooter Workshop will also be trading at this event, another ScooterNova magazine stockist, and there is also a good chance young Serena will be out and about there too, promoting ScooterNova, again identifiable by her (blue) ScooterNova messenger bag packed full of magazines!
There is also the JB Tuning Classic Scooter Shop Open Day on Saturday 12 May, down in Essex. Another stockist of ScooterNova magazine, JB Tuning are having a dyno shoot-out, putting on a free BBQ, and offering test rides on their Casa Performance UK SSR265 shop demonstrator.
If you’ve not read about it yet, edition 7 of ScooterNova magazine has a review of the SSR engines as well as talking with two customers about why their buying these motors. The results may surprise you!
Finally, thank you to all who stopped by our stall at Tenby Scooter Rally last weekend to say hello, buy the latest edition and renew their subscriptions. A big hello also to those who we met for the first time, including the many new subscribers. A great rally in a lovely town and wonderful weather to ride home in too (thanks to the Mansfield Monsters SC for carrying our merchandise in their back-up van).
