One of the ways the Innocenti factory of Milan could prove the worth of their new Lambretta scooters in the late 40s/early 50s was to produce competition scooters for sporting events.
By entering Lambretta scooters into various races, this not only brought the product to a wider audience, but success helped prove its worth too.
This factory Model C Racer recently returned to Italy and owner Vittorio Tessera tells us about this sporting scooter, exclusively in the forthcoming edition 48 of ScooterNova magazine. Pre-order your magazine from our online shop via this link: https://scooternova.com/shop/edition-48/

Edition 48 (March/ April 2025) is published 21 February 2025, from when it will be available in branches of WH Smith and all good scooter shops nationwide.
