Scooters are packed, riding gear on, we’re almost ready to set off to the Isle of Wight scooter rally this weekend!
As with last year we will be pitching up at the official scooter rally campsite at Smallbrook Stadium near Ryde, which also hosts the dealer village over the weekend. This is where you will find the ScooterNova magazine from Friday onwards and be able to purchase the brand new ScooterNova edition 9!
Inside are articles ranging from wide-frame Vespa tuning to setting up your suspension, a very trick shed-built Lambretta with a Kawasaki engine to exclusive archive story about he TV175 Series prototype. We have a rare French classic Peugeot from the 1950s, a well-ridden AF S-Type, test rides on an electric Vespa, 50 years of the Luna Line, the Blind Scooter Guy’s LML travels, rally reviews and more.
The stall will also have copies of Sticky’s brand new Lambretta manual for sale, as well as his Buzzwangle invention, alongside ScooterNova merchandise from T-shirts to hoodies, magazine storage cases and some mugs too, as well as back editions for those after completing their set.
The rally campsite also plays host to both entertainment (DJs and live bands on Friday and Saturday nights), and the eagerly anticipated scooter Custom Show on Saturday.
It is also where the ride-out finishes its run on Sunday afternoon, and the advert on this post gives you all the details you need.
Oh and we’ll also have our photo-booth peep-hole banner again at the ScooterNova stall this year, so have a safe ride and we look forward to seeing you there.

** ScooterNova is an independent scooter magazine, published bi-monthly by scooterists. Printed on to high quality paper, the articles are credible and in-depth, and cover the wide spectrum of classic Lambretta and Vespa scooters, as well as other, less known marques.
