Supertune is a name many will recognise as a scooter shop in Croydon during the 60s and early 70s.
Ron Moss, who first raced for Supertune before becoming the owner of the shop and brand, revived the name a few years, and one of the products he has produced in recent times is his Supertune Avanti TT3 225cc kit for Lambrettas.

He is now offering a LIMITED Christmas / New Year Special offer of £100 off the price of just ten (10) Avanti TT3 Cylinder Kits, which means they will cost just £450 each.
Orders must be received by 1st January 2016, kits will be ready for despatch by 13th January 2016 and apparently delivered by 15th January 2016.
Other conditions of this offer are that payment by bank transfer only is accepted and you must place your order by email to info@supertune.co (yes, it is just “.co”).
The Avanti 225 TT3 kit offers over 30% more radial fin cooling area than an Innocenti cylinder, the larger head also features a central combustion chamber, Nickel Silicone Carbide plated barrel, a centrally bridged exhaust port and a Supertune’s unique MWO (Moss Wrap Over) transfer ports, located opposite the exhaust port.
The TT3 is 100% designed and manufactured in England apart from its Mitaka piston and you can find out more information about it on the Supertune website or search for ‘Lambretta Avanti TT3 225 “The Sign that Wins”‘ on Facebook where the offer was initially posted.

Would there be any records of work carried out in the late 60s,i had a bike worked on after Wall Phillips seized it up putting a fuel injector on it and sent it to supertunes in Croydon
We’d suggest you email Ron via the link on this post and aak him.
Please feel free to share and photos of your old scooter with us too!
