Regular readers of ScooterNova magazine will no doubt recall our article on the BSRA Championship in edition 11, but for those who missed it here are the details…
If you’d like to join in the fun and sign on for the BSRA Championship 2019 all you need to do is send your name and address, with your postcode to email@example.com and Ann and Rick will do the rest.
Alternatively, you can visit the Lexham Insurance stand at the Custom Show at Scarborough National Scooter Rally and sign on there.
You will receive a card that you need to remember to bring with you to get stamped at each and every BSRA event throughout he year. If the card isn’t stamped then you can’t be marked down as attending. The list is in the image above.
The place to sign on will normally be the Lexham Insurance stand on the Saturday morning of the rally, before 12 noon. If Lexham are unable to attend an event then the BSRA signing-on point will be announced prior to that event on social media.
For 2019 an extra rally has been added into the mix, Phoenix Nights 14 Scooter Rally on Friday 10th to Saturday 11th May 2019. This means that there are nine events in total.
Why would you want to enter? In edition 11 of ScooterNova magazine we spoke with both the ladies and gents winners of 2018 about the fun they had competing and riding to the events, so have a good read and learn from fellow scooterists what it’s all about.
Categories to enter are Male, Female and Club (4 or more members). All you need to do is get on your scooter and ride there, sign on, enjoy the rally and ride home.
A full list of prizes will be announced shortly but include trophies (sponsored by SLUK), ScooterNova magazine subscriptions, discounted insurance and free entry to all BSRA National Scooter rallies in 2020 for the male and female winners.
So, if you are a regular rally-goer anyway, or are signing on for LCGB or VCB you might as well join in with this too.
Safe riding everyone and see you at Scarborough, Ann & Rick
