This is more a post to point you in the right direction for some 100% genuine and rare scooter porn! Get your tissues at the ready and start drooling…Rimini Lambretta Centre have been tasked with stripping and rebuilding one of only two remaining Innocenti Lambretta twin-cylinder scooters from the 1960s. The engine was previously on display at Vittorio Tessera’s scooter museum near Milan, but now the Casa Lambretta head honcho has decided to recommission it and start it up!

The plan is to have it done for an event this summer, which we hope to be at ourselves, but in the mean time we’ll post this link to Casa Lambretta’s Facebook page where they’re posting images as the scooter progresses, and we suggest you watch it as closely as we are! There are plenty more photos there to enjoy as well as information too, courtesy of Casa Lambretta and RLC. Enjoy…
