You may recall a few weeks ago that ScooterNova magazine brought you the exclusive news of a new 310cc engine from Piaggio.
Well we are out in Cannes today to test ride the first
incarnation of this motor which is in their brand new MP3 310 hpe scooter.
It’s not just a larger capacity engine, it has plenty of new components too plus more power and a greater top speed as well, from 120km/h to a claimed 129km/h.
The chassis too has been tweaked, it is more aerodynamic, there is a new LCD dash, has LED lights and loads more too.
Piaggio claim this is lighter and more agile than the current MP3 model as well as rivals. Once we have ridden the new 310 we will be writing an exclusive review for both ScooterNova magazine and SLUK readers to be published soon.
